Scott Whitley, Registered Architect, President

Architects and Planners must assume a role of leadership in retaining American cities and towns as places in which people can and want to live. They must translate the needs and desires of people into plans and designs which protect the natural environment while increasing the comfort, convenience and security of everyone living together. They must develop these plans and designs realistically in terms of time, money and available resources so that they can actually be built. They must accept responsibility for helping to realize our social and political ideals and for expressing and augmenting the aesthetic values of our society.
